Ryan Seacrest is the Momma’s Boy
What do Ryan Seacrest and the producers of Average Joe have in common these days? Recently there has been a lot of communication between Ryan’s people and the Average Joe producers, about a reality show project they are moving forward with.
“I Want to Date a Momma’s Boy” is in the middle of finalizing choices for cast members, before shooting begins. A few lucky, single eligible women will make the cut and be chosen for this new reality show project, that should go into production sometime this summer.
I Want to Date a Momma’s Boy, is a Ryan Seacrest brainchild. It is something Ryan has thought about doing for awhile now, based on his own dating experiences and his mom’s approval ratings.

If Ryan Seacrest is the main motivation behind “I Want to Date a Momma’s Boy”, then you can bet, this reality show project will be money in the bank for all involved. Ryan’s two new reality shows “Living Lohan” and Denise Richards - It’s Complicated” are both big hits for the “E” network. Ryan Seacrest seems to have a magic touch, when it comes to getting involved with the right projects.
This video byte from Nightline’s broadcast a couple of years ago, is all about Ryan’s hectic schedule and the business of being Ryan Seacrest. The clip is very insightful, giving us a glimpse into where he was coming from, almost twenty years ago, and why he is so driven today.
It is amazing that within just less than two years later, Ryan now produces and owns most of his own projects.
Keep your reality eye out for “I Want to Date a Momma’s Boy!” We won’t know if this show will be insightful and thought provoking, until we see it. But, I am sure that the ‘momma’s boy’s’ momma, should be a real force to contend with.
I must admit Ryan seems to have the golden touch, but “I Want to Date a Momma’s Boy?” I dunno, that one just sounds a bit…boring.
I think it would be fun to try to date a momma’s boy. Jojo needs to grow some kahunnas and stand up to his mom. His mom makes your show fun to watch cuz everyone else is boring and the fact that she is so opinionated about everybody makes the show! LOL You need more mothers like her to keep the spin on the show or it will be like every-other boring dating show. I only watch it to see the cat fights between her and the girls.
